We will bill your
insurance directly for surgery that
is covered by insurance. Please have your
insurance card and necessary forms available for
your visit. If you are a member of a managed health
care plan, please be sure the appropriate referrals
have been sent by your primary care provider. We
cannot see managed care patients unless there
is a valid referral. |

Cosmetic procedures are seldom covered by health
insurance. The office will
quote a range of prices for each procedure. The exact cost of any particular
procedure or combination of procedures will be quoted by your surgeon at the
time of your consultation.
We offer patient financing through Health Ready.
There is a $250 deposit required to book and hold space for a surgical
procedure. The balance of the surgeon's fees are payable 10 working days
prior to the procedure. Surgeon's fees generally include all postoperative care
Our office accepts Master Card, American Express and Visa for payment.
The fee for cosmetic consultation is $75 and is payable at the time of the
visit. If you have further questions after your consultation we encourage you to
call the office or come in for a second consultation at no charge. The doctors
will spend as much time with you as you need to answer your questions.
